Clients will review and approve album layouts prior to production. 5.3 Production and delivery of albums typically occurs 4-6 weeks after the final edited gallery is delivered. 5.4 Album specifications and premium materials ensure longevity; however, the photographer is not responsible for damage, fading, or deterioration over extended periods. 5.5 Reprints of images are available for purchase at standard retail rates, with print release included in all packages. --- 6. WEATHER & SCHEDULING 6.1 Photography will proceed rain or shine unless conditions pose genuine safety concerns (lightning, severe storms, etc.). 6.2 The photographer will work proactively with clients to adapt to weather conditions and adjust shooting locations or timing as needed. 6.3 If the wedding is postponed or rescheduled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, coverage will be honored on the new date as contracted. 6.4 Mehendi ceremony coverage will proceed as scheduled on the contracted date (day prior to wedding). If the mehendi is rescheduled, additional photography fees may apply if the new date conflicts with other commitments. --- 7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY 7.1 The photographer will take every reasonable precaution to protect equipment, attend to professional standards, and capture the wedding as contracted. However, the photographer is not responsible for: • Equipment failure or malfunction (though backup equipment is carried) • Images lost due to unforeseen technical issues (redundant storage is used to minimize this risk) • Missed moments due to client requests to pause photography or limited access to certain areas • Poor image quality resulting from inadequate lighting, venue restrictions, or client-requested modifications to coverage timing 7.2 In the unlikely event of catastrophic image loss (despite all precautions), the photographer's liability is limited to a refund of fees paid, not to exceed the full contracted amount. --- 8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES 8.1 The client is responsible for providing the photographer with a detailed timeline, venue map, and any special requests or cultural ceremonies requiring specific documentation. 8.2 The client must ensure the photographer has appropriate access to all venues (ceremony location, preparation areas, reception space, mehendi location) and is not restricted or obstructed. 8.3 The client is responsible for communicating any dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, or special accommodations during booking. 8.4 Any additional requests beyond the contracted scope (extended hours, additional locations, extra sessions) incur additional fees as outlined in the add-on services section. --- 9. IMAGE SELECTION & EDITING 9.1 The photographer will edit and curate images based on professional standards and artistic vision. A typical wedding yields more captures than can be individually edited; the photographer will select the strongest, most compelling images for final delivery. 9.2 Image editing includes color correction, exposure adjustment, blemish removal, and minor retouching. Extensive retouching or specialized edits may incur additional fees. 9.3 Clients may request minor edits to specific images (e.g., removing an object, adjusting clothing) at no additional cost. Extensive digital alterations or reconstructions are subject to additional fees. --- 10. ENGAGEMENT SESSION 10.1 Engagement sessions (included in Packages 2 & 3) must be scheduled within 4-8 weeks of the wedding date. 10.2 Session location is chosen by the client in consultation with the photographer. Travel to distant locations may incur mileage fees ($0.75/mile beyond 25 miles from photographer's base location). 10.3 Engagement sessions typically yield 50-75 edited digital images. 10.4 If a client elects not to schedule their engagement session within the specified timeframe, the session benefit is forfeited (non-refundable). --- 11. REHEARSAL DINNER COVERAGE (PACKAGE 3 ONLY) 11.1 Rehearsal dinner coverage is 2 hours only, typically scheduled the evening before the wedding. 11.2 Coverage includes candid moments, toasts, and family interactions; full event documentation is not provided at this abbreviated timeframe. 11.2 Images from rehearsal dinner coverage are included in the total image delivery and are professionally edited alongside wedding day images. --- 12. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY 12.1 The photographer respects the privacy of the couple and guests. Images will not be shared on social media or any public platform without explicit written consent from the couple. 12.2 The couple may request that specific images not be used in the photographer's portfolio or marketing materials. 12.3 Guest images will not be individually tagged or shared publicly without permission. --- 13. FORCE MAJEURE 13.1 In the event of circumstances beyond either party's control (natural disasters, government mandates, pandemics, etc.) that prevent photography services from being rendered, the photographer will work with the couple to reschedule the wedding date or offer a full refund of all payments. --- 14. CONTRACT & AGREEMENT 14.1 This proposal, once signed and a deposit submitted, becomes a binding contract between the photographer and client(s). 14.2 All terms and conditions outlined herein supersede any prior agreements or conversations. 14.3 Any modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties. --- 15. ACCEPTANCE & NEXT STEPS 15.1 To move forward, please sign below and submit this proposal along with the $1,000 deposit to secure your wedding date. 15.2 Upon receipt of signed agreement and deposit, a detailed wedding day timeline and coordination form will be sent to finalize all details. 15.3 A pre-wedding consultation call will be scheduled 2 weeks before your wedding date to review coverage plan, answer questions, and ensure complete alignment. --- Client Name (Printed): _________________________________ Client Signature: ______________________________ Date: __________ Client Name (Printed): _________________________________ Client Signature: ______________________________ Date: __________ Photographer Name (Printed): _________________________________ Photographer Signature: ______________________________ Date: __________ --- Thank you for choosing to work with us.
