Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider, Clerk. We do not store passwords directly—authentication is handled entirely by Clerk's secure infrastructure.

Newsletter Subscription

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and optionally your profession. This information is stored with our email provider, Resend, and is used solely to send you our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Payment Information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or banking details on our servers. Stripe may collect information necessary to process your payment in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Tool Usage Data

When you use our AI-powered tools, the inputs you provide (such as property details, email drafts, or URLs) are sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic and Kie AI) for processing. We do not permanently store the inputs you enter or the outputs generated. Content is processed in real time and returned to you.

Automatically Collected Information

We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, device type, and general geographic region. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell your data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain our services, including AI tool access
  • Process your subscription and manage your account
  • Send you our newsletter (if you opted in)
  • Improve and optimize the Site
  • Respond to your inquiries

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate the Site. Each provider has their own privacy policy governing the data they process:

  • Clerk — authentication and user management
  • Stripe — payment processing

  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI content generation
  • Kie AI — image and video generation
  • Vercel — hosting and analytics

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations. AI tool inputs and outputs are not permanently stored.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication, payment, and email services are provided by industry-leading platforms with their own security certifications. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
