4. Clinical Documentation Tools

Tools that generate SOAP notes, treatment documentation, medication therapy management notes, periodontal records, or similar clinical documents produce draft content only. This content:

  • Must be reviewed and authenticated by a licensed clinician before entry into any medical record
  • Does not constitute medical advice or replace clinical judgment
  • May not reflect the most current clinical guidelines or payer requirements

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all documentation entered into any medical record or submitted to any payer or regulatory body.

5. Insurance & Prior Authorization Tools

Tools that generate prior authorization letters, insurance narratives, medical necessity letters, or payer communications produce draft documents only. Do not submit AI-generated documents to any insurance company, payer, or regulatory agency without full clinician review and verification of all clinical claims contained within.

Submitting inaccurate clinical information to payers may constitute fraud. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable payer policies, coding guidelines, and fraud and abuse regulations.

6. Personal Injury & Medico-Legal Tools

Tools that generate personal injury narratives, independent medical examination summaries, or similar medico-legal documents produce draft content that may be used in legal proceedings. Before submitting any AI-generated narrative in connection with active litigation or legal proceedings:

  • Consult your malpractice insurance carrier
  • Seek legal counsel familiar with your jurisdiction's requirements
  • Ensure all clinical claims are supported by your own records and examination findings
  • Verify compliance with your state's expert witness and report requirements

Real estate tools on this Site are designed with Fair Housing Act compliance in mind. However, AI-generated listing descriptions, marketing copy, and communications must be reviewed by a licensed real estate professional before publication or use.
